Root Stuck in reboot cycle after restoring nandroid

This morning, while doing nothing I dont normally do every day, my phone froze, and shut off. I turn it on to find that it will only make it as far as the lockscreen, freeze again, and reboots itself. I restored a functioning nandroid i made a week or so ago, and now when i turn it on, it just stays on the white screen that says "HTC EVO 4g" and will do nothing else. I've tried pulling the battery, and even doing a hard reset from recovery mode. All to no avail... All of this happens on a day where I really need to contact some people too... Please Help!!!

EDIT: Rooted with unrevoked, using 4.3.2 no sbc less HAVS kernal, and flashed Koni's Elite II ROM
EDIT2: After some more research, I remembered "oh ya, i gotta wipe the caches before restoring" Still nothing!
Final EDIT: Ok, so I reflashed my ROM, and it works now... I just have a lot of work to do now:(

Can you get into the bootloader and does it say 'S-OFF'?

If so, then:

1) Get into your recovery (it sounded like you were using Clockwork)
2) Wipe Dalvik cache
3) Wipe Cache partition
4) Wipe Data/Factory reset
5) Repeat steps 2,3,4 (optional - some people are sticklers)
6) Flash a ROM of your choice (make sure ROM is in the root of your SD card)
7) Reboot phone after ROM installs.

Let me know if you are successful.

[Edit:] I just saw your ninja-edit... :P
