Help "Stuck" Notification & Icon

Several weeks ago I tried to print a document from my rezound. My printer jammed and didnt not print the document. A notification appeared on my phone telling me to check my printer. I cleared my jam, clicked on the notification and NOTHING. So I pulled up the same document and printed it and still the notification stayed and the accompanying icon. I have rebooted my phone, turned my phone off and did a battery pull to no avail. I cannot get the notificiation to go away no matter what I do. I REALLY do not want to do a phone reset. My phone is stock.

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forums!!!

Have you tried to clear the cache for that app in menu / settings / applications / ?

Open the app it uses to print, then clear the cache, see if that helps.

OMIGOSH!! Thank you ... it took me a bit to find the right app (it is not an aftermarket app, but an HTC app) ... but i found it and it is now GONE.
