My XT720 is stuck on connecting to wireless. It's at the "Obtaining IP Address" for a minute or two, then it states that the connection was unsuccessful. Wondering here, what do I do to fix this? I've heard set a static address, I can't do that because I don't have administrator access on the router, nor can I ask for this information. I've done several factory resets, wiped cache partitions, etc.
