Root Stuck on boot animation.

I tried flashing a CRT.zip file in recovery that works for the Evo 3D and now I'm stuck on the boot animation. Pulling the battery doesn't help as it just gets stuck again. I wiped Dalvik as instructed before flashing the zip. How do I unflash the zip, is it possible from recovery or do I need to restore a nAndroid backup? I'm rooted, s-off and on MidnightROM.

You can try reflashing the rom, or restoring a backup. Try it out!

I tried wiping Dalvik, cache, Data, but neither worked. I ended up restoring a backup and I'm going through everything to get it the way I had it. I'll do another backup once it's good so I don't have to waste so much time next time.
