Root stuck on boot during downgrade, vol- not working

Hi all,

Can someone help me please???

I have been following the process to gain S-off, after making a goldcard and getting to the part where the phone trys to boot but cant due to old image i cannot get it into the hboot screen as my VOL- button/method is not working. The phone trys to boot showing the HTC logo twice before showing the black screen with the red triangle and ! mark.
In cmd the response keeps saying device offline.

Is there another way of getting back up and running at all??? Is it possible to run an RUU at all as i have tried one method but it cant connect to the phone as its showing the red triangle.

ANY HELP APPRECIATED...HBOOT is there but cant use vol button to get into it
