I've done a bit of research but for the sake of my battery im ganna go ahead and ask for help right quick.
I wanted to update to the newer 2.3.3 (4.5.596) GB.
Was currently on 2.2.1 Froyo Liberty 1.5.
I SBF to 2.3.340 Stock thinking I could just update after getting back to stock. But now im stuck at Boot loader after an error is RSD lite. I can not get into recovery, it will ONLY boot into bootloader. Any ideas?

EDIT: did a SBF to VRZ_MB810_2.3.32_1FF_01.sbf. and factory reset/wipe data everything is good now. You can delete if you want.
