Root Stuck on clockword recovery

I was using the plague rom by playfullgod and i factory reset my phone in the android settings and it went to the clownworkmod recovery and i rebot my phone and it still on there and now im stuck on the clockword recovery and i could never go to the normal os every time i rebot my phone
HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE NORMAL OS AND LEAVE CLOCKWORDMOD RECOVERY?

U messed up like me your not supposed to click that certain settings from that Rom because it bricks ur phone aka it is now a paper basically useless until u use the lg tool that's floating around these forums
 
Same here. I had Black Plague ROM too, but after trying to use a Nand backup my phone bricked too. Best bet is LG tool, right here.... LG MS840 Support: Find Manuals & Warranty Info | LG USA

After installing all required drivers and opening up LG Updater tool, force your phone into download mode:

>Take battery out >plug phone into USB> press and HOLD the Vol+ and Vol- keys, and NOW re-install the battery - Phone will enter download mode, the LG support tool should pick up and start reading your phone. If drivers are OK and phone is still alive the "start Updating" link on the Support tool will enable.

Lol you guys could just flash the delooper that Shabby uploaded. I even made a thread telling you guys not to do a factory reset or else this would happen. I'm on mobile so I can't figure out how to link you to the thread :confused:
