Hi all,
I've tried to find some solutions by scanning through established topics, but I just can't seem to find a solution to my problem.
I woke up this morning to find my phone not turning on at all. I thought "Okay, it's dead" So I plugged it in, and found that it would only go into the HBOOT, and no further. I'm unable to scroll down to 'Recovery' with the volume keys, which were working fine yesterday when the phone was operational so I don't think there's a hardware fault there. The one time I did manage to get it onto 'Recovery' it did the white HTC splash screen, and then went black, and had a phone with a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it. (The same sign you get when a text message is unable to send) The phone does recognise when it's plugged into a computer, but the computer refuses to recognise it properly. I just get the 3 short 'du-du-dun' thing you get when Windows is in a mood with a device.
I did install Gingerbread yesterday, which all seemed to go well. Can anyone think why this has happened? Am at a bit of a loss really, and could really do with a decent mobile phone back as I'm quite dependant on it when it comes to appointments and whatnot.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me, I anticipate your reply.
Kind regards,
Chris.
