Okay finally got the 4.0 update this evening and it was all going well. Until it came to the install process when my young nephew pulled the memory card out of my phone. Then the red triangle with exclamation mark came up, turned of,did a battery pull,reboot,did a hard reset,tried to go into recovery and it still ends up stuck at the htc logo screen. am i right in guessing its not loading as it has no current software due to it not being installed properly, i have no sd card reader im a total noob and beginner and i need help aha, was thinking of ringing o2 and sending it of to 02 as im still under warranty. Please please help.

If you are not rooted, my suggestion would be to take your phone to your carrier retail store. A tech there may be able to fix the device. At the very least, since it is under warranty, they should be able to replace it for free. If you have not had the phone very long, I would see if you could get a new device as a replacement instead of a reconditioned device.
