Hi everyone I am new here so im hoping someone can please help me! A few weeks ago I needed to get a new phone because my phone had a mind of its own (turning off on its own, making calls, texting on its own) so they gave me a new phone but its a refurb phone so I dont know if this has anything to do with it... Anyways today when I got home it stayed stuck on roam. I tried restarting it, turning it off, pulled the battery out, and turned the 4g on and it is still roaming or no service at all. The location and weather thing on my home screen is still stuck on the area where I lost the service. Anyone know if there are any tips on how I can get it to stop??
