Stuck on S2 boot screen after using Kitchen Pro in Checkrom HD V6

As title I'm currently stuck on the Yellow triangle boot screen after selecting a few things from kitchen pro. I tried to install siyal Kernal, a battery mod and a new Theme. However once I was prompted to reboot it just sat on the yellow traingle. Ive tried reflashing another Kernal via odin which it seemed to suggest in a guide a read but even though this said success I'm still stuck. Please Help.
 
I've edited my whole post as its sorted. It was probably because you flashed the battery mod without flashing the theme and then rebooting.
