Root Stuck on splash screen - need help

I hope someone can help me with this.

I have installed a ROM cm10 and everything went well. I'm having wifi connection problems and I wanted to find a way to restore the apps that I had in my stock ROM. After searching online I realized that the only way to do this is to do backups with titanium.

I decided to go back to my stock rom, which I did a restore of before installing the new ROM.

I followed these steps:
went into recovery
wipe cache,dalvik,format and system
restored backup and rebooted system

Now It's stuck on the htc logo

How can i restore my backup - what am I missing in my steps?

I moved this to the all things root section since it hasn't gotten a reply yet. It's been a couple weeks so hopefully it's already been resolved!

I'm not really familiar enough with your device to pick files for you but can you find a copy of the stock rom? Then take the boot.img from the zip and try flashing the boot image to your phone through fastboot?
