And now I remember why I went the hardware route instead of software.:D

But this phone is making me think about getting back into programming again, but I'll have to clone myself first or win the lottery so I can quit my job.

Program apps on the side. useful stuff you know, like a headshop finding app, or maybe a GPS that can avoid the hood.

a GPS app that lets you avoid the hood would be cool, but I wouldn't be able to find my way home lol.
 
Well all bad News.................................... My Ascend got Destroyed so i no longer have one to test and try and fix this MMS problem :-(
 
How did you end up getting it to work, Mine is doing the same thing. I "Tried" To do the Metro Update an it just stopped on me

I got it working again...............

ok got it rooted and now installing Froyo 2.2.1
I think i might have figured out the Non-Working MMS problem........ Will let you guys know how it goes when i try this experiment to see if it fixes it
