Root Stuck, Please HELP!

So, I have made it through the process of unrevoked3, now am trying the unrevoked forever.

Im pretty much a noob at this, but cannot figure out how to get the update.zip file in the root of the sd card.

Can anyone help me out?

Plug your phone into your computer and drag it onto your SD card. Boot into Clockworkmod Recovery and install from zip.

Wow....Guess I am a noob! I was obviously making it more difficult than it needed to be.

Now rooted unrevoked3 and unrevoked forever!
