I am stuck on start-:oup screen. Phone keeps looping the metro logo tried to calibrate but then gets stuck on that screen...any suggestions?? Please help me.
 
Go to recovery mode clear cashe partition then factory reset then boot wait about 5min it will pass the metro logo turn on your camera take a pic send it via email it will have you log into your email .wait a few min you will get a email select your email .from an other device send your self the link for the play store .it sounds like you deleted your launcher .download any launcher
