Help Stuck with hboot and Bootloop

I'm sorry to bother you with this but after hours of research I just can't help myself anymore.

A few days ago my DHD with CM 7 nightly #260 froze. I took the battery out, restarted it, it froze again. After removing the battery again it went into bootloop.
I tried to restore a nandroid but Clockworkmod couldn't find the backup and after moving around in Clockwork I got the following error messages which are typical for a broken emmc:

E:Can't mount /chache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /chache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /chache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /chache/recovery/last_log

after ensuring that the emmc is not actually broken here:

I tried all of the described steps and finally did an RUU.

Which left me now with a bootloop, USB debugging turned off and no accessible recovery.

My Bootloader Status is as follows:
ACE PVT SHIP S-OFF
HBOOT - 0.85.0007
MICROP-0438
RADIO-26.03.02.26_M
eMMC-boot

If I do an RUU during the first boot it will get upto the HTC unlocking screen, as soon as I unlock it though it snaps right back into a bootloop.

Thanks for your time!

My suggestion would have been an RUU, but if you've done that and it's failed, have you tried placing one of the PD98IMG.zip files on the SD Card to see if the bootloader will accept that?

Thanks for your answer.

Yeah I tried that.

In fact that was the only way I could get an update to work.

And that's how I ended up in this Situation...

If USB debugging is disabled, I think you're gonna have to make a call to HTC unfortunately, sorry.

I know the answer will most likely be yes, but is it definitely disabled? Can't you issue commands via ADB at all?
