I did a cache wipe to help with the speed but now I can not get out of that screen to turn on my phone. I am currently in the screen that says Android system recovery, choose a package to install
then it lists:
../
data/
I am afraid to press the power button and I can't get back to the menu screen.

Try powering the device down and then rebooting clearing cache should not have any affect on keeping the device from booting.

till you see a reboot option

if all you did was wipe cache....
then just pull the battery.

ok I pressed the volume buttons and the power button at the same time and got my phone to come on. I did not know that you could pull the battery on a Droid Razr Maxx.

For future reference, holding in Power button for like 10 seconds on most phones will force a reboot, even if the system is frozen, just like pulling the battery :thumbup:
