Touchwiz has finally started lagging on my captivate. I downloaded launcher pro for the 2nd time after unistalling it once. Now i cant find how to run it. Thankd for any help.
After you've installed it, hit your home button, and a pop up should show that asks which launcher you wish to use. And there'll be a check box to choose to use it as default.
If that doesn't work, try downloading Home Switcher from the market. That should do it.
