Root Stupid, stupid me...

I just BRICKED my phone. In the most ******ed way, I was holding my daughters tablet in one hand and the phone in the other...I was in the middle of rooting her tablet and got a text...but I opened the email on my phone and clicked install APK....

Brick. Brick. Brick.

I'm angry and freaking out, I just figured I would share this story while I waited lol.

Yeah it can save it, and it did. My phone is back to bare stock, only issue I had was I had to wipe SD card...which sucks cause it was 11gigs of stuff lol.

Wish I would read this earlier, I would've suggested to remove your sd card and back it up to your pc 1st.. but I'm glad to hear that you recovered the phone pheww

that sucks about the sd card. I've had that happen to me in the past. I always keep a backup on my PC now.

On a normal day I would have pulled my SD card out, i was just so aggravated. I've had prob about 20 phones in my life and never have forgotten till now lol. Lesson learned.
