Sudden rapid battery drain the last few days.

I've had my LTE Nexus for going on about 3 months so far, battery life has always been great. I typically can go a full 24 hours on a charge (That's with 8 of the phone doing nothing while I sleep of course) and I'm usually at like 20% at the end of the day. Extended battery by the way, wi-fi on all day, screen brightness 100%, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail syncing all day and basically everything at full capacity.

I was rooted and rom'd for like 2 months, but then I unrooted to try and do a return at the VZW store (They basically told me to piss off). So after that I stayed unrooted for like a month and the battery was performing pretty good for me, I usually lasted most of the day on a full charge unrooted. That was until 2 nights ago, when all of a sudden with no changes from me, my phone dropped from 100% to about 5% overnight. So I figured what the hell, let me erase all data, return to stock and root and rom it again. So I did all that and got everything configured the way I like it and went to bed at 100% and I woke up to a completely dead phone today.

So ummm..... now what? Is there any apps that will pinpoint exactly what is killing my battery?

Stock, unrooted.
