Help Suddenly can't see any text - all are gone

I replied to a text and all was fine. I had 3 people in my inbox at the time. About an hour later I got a text notification and when I went to check, there was only that one msg. All my text were gone otherwise, even all my drafts, everything.

*I use Handcent however there is no msgs in my stock msg app.
*I tried to send a text to one of the 3 people that were previously in my inbox when this happend and it did NOT show up in Handcent and it showed up as ANONYMOUS as the recipient in the stock app. I also did not get a reply from this person making think they did not get the text.
*In settings> manage apps> running> messages> it shows 2.23mb

Any suggestions? Seems like maybe they are hidden somehow. Not sure but I need to communicate via text with those 3 people and I can't seem to send or recieve anything from them. Everyone else I can send and recieve texts with, just not those 3 that were in my inbox at the time of this.

try going to manage apps and go to the stock message and make sure that you clear any defaults it may have. Then go to Handcent and clear cache. exit out and just reboot the phone and see if that helps. If not you may have to go to handcent and clear data and start it from scratch again. (Backup before you do)
