Sumas 7" tablet

Hi i have a tablet here when my friend tried to change who it was registered too, It just went to a black screen. It says android and blinking line... How do i get it to reboot up???? Thank you!! New to these Tablets Never worked on one before... Sumas 7" tablet..

Never heard of this brand before. you can try over at XDA and see if they have anything but for the most part cheap tablets and phones don't get a lot of support if any.

Try holding down the power button for like 10 - 15 seconds and see if that will do it. I'm assuming it doesn't have a pull out battery.

If a reset doesn't work, you might have to return it as defective under warranty. What's probably happened the software ROM has become corrupted or damaged because of poor quality, rendering it bricked and unbootable. This can be a frequent problem with these off-brand budget devices.
