I just talked to a Suntrust CSR who says she has not heard of any problems with Suntrust mobile on android 4. I also mentioned the problem to my banker a few weeks ago.
You never know what any given CSR is aware of, but the lack of update since android 4 came out is getting old.
If you are a suntrust customer, you should give them a call on the Internet banking support number, which is 800.382.3232.
