Root Super annoying!

Everytime I have to reboot, or if my battery dies, and I charge it and all that, and I press the power button, the screen just freezes at the HTC EVO 4G screen. I have to take out the cover, and pull the battery and by the time I do this 2-3 times, it finally boots correctly.

BTW, I'm using Fresh 3.3.0.1 alongside netarchy 4.1.9.1 cfs

what's going on here?

Not sure, if it was stock, I would have said to go exchange it, but because you rooted, it could be something you've done to the phone. I know if you OC too far (like I did, and have it set to set on boot) the phone will go into a boot loop, among other things that can be done to induce a boot loop. Maybe try backing up everything, then reset. Start re-doing stuff you did until you find what the issues is. That's always the easiest thing to do, though tedious because you lose everything/

Try a different Kernel, also like ^^^^^^^^^ said check ur setcpu profiles u might want to uncheck set on boot.

How long do you let it sit at the Evo 4G screen? When I installed my current rom and kernel I noticed it took almost two minutes to get past that screen.
I am using the rooted stock 2.2 with the latest OTA and kings #10 I think.

I am stuck in a boot loop I guess. When I power on it comes up to the screen if you held the down volume button. Is there any solution? Clockwork is still working and I can get to the recovery screen, but none of my recovery zips work. MD5 sum mismatch. Any suggestions?
