Help Super User will not give me root access

I have the Clockwork Recovery 5.0.2.0 installed and the original SuperUser since rooting, but has since stopped giving me Root Access, or at least appears to be not functioning, Root Checker Pro tells me that I have Root Access but SuperUser Application is not installed. When I try ant reboot into recovery mode, I get a Red Triangle with a Exclamation mark and it just sits there, what am I missing.. I have been rooted since I got my DINK 2 years ago..

That red triangle with the ! sounds like the stock recovery to me. Is there any mention of clockwork on that screen? What version of Android are you on currently?
