I am rooted running stock ics sometime my phone will keep flashing shell has been granted super user access and it will keep flashing this til I reboot help I don't know why I have wiped fix permission I am also on agat recovery

You can open the SU app (or in System Settings) and turn off notifications.

I just went into superuser in one of the apps was denied so I accepted it let's see what happens

No it comes up like if a app that needs root access and small little thing flashes on the screen and goes away then comes back then flashes and goes away and I will reboot and it goes away
