Help Super Volume Malfunction!!

Volume on my phone lowers itself as if the down button is being pressed and keeps lowering long after it hits the limit. When the volume goes to vibrate, the phone itself vibrates. Basically, I have a very expensive pocket back massager. Up button completely dead. Any thoughts? (battery pull and hard reset does not work, not rooted.)

That's not right. You should probably take it back.

I assume it's not in a case that is pressing on the volume bar? Sometimes it's hard to tell. I had that happening and it turned out I had put it in the case incorrectly.

By the way, "Super Volume Malfunction" sounds like an Anime title!
