Root Superoneclick on mac?

Hey everybody happy new year. I've never rooted before but am looking toward to it. Everything I seem to find involves Windows. Superoneclick seems to be the easiest for a noob like myself, but my only computer is a Mac g4 os 10.4.11. Is Superoneclick compatible? If not is there another method you would recommend for a noob? Thanks for your time.

Here is a guide, three posts down. I haven't been able to open superoneclick through mono yet though, maybe i downloaded the wrong file. I'll keep working on it and repost if I figure it out completely. Good luck, let me know if you get it working.
