Help Superpad 3 Screen Lock Help

SuperPad 3 I recently purchase a SuperPad 3, can not get pass the lock screen, try to unlock and when I swipe it it sticks and does not open Is there a way to do a hard reset I have tried the 2 sites below and will not work there has to be a way to reset this back to factory spec Does anybody know, please help

Forget all about re-flashing the tablet until you *KNOW* what model you have.

Switch your tablet on and leave it for at least 5 minutes, this is to wait until the cpu is idle, then place your finger on the unlock button and wait until it registers your touch, then slowly draw your finger up the screen until it reaches the small dot that appears. Report back EXACTLY what happens.

Hello, I have just experienced the same problem for the first time. I have had the superpad (Froyo) for six months and I have never seen the unlock icon until yesterday.

I have tried as above but see no dot at all. Do I need to press the arrow and then move my finger slowly up the screen, or slide to the right and then do move my finger up the screen?

Help would be much appreciated.

i have a super pad 3 its not rooted or anything, all stock everything. I HAVNT EVEN TRIED TO DO ANYTHING TO IT AT ALL.. the battery died lastnight and screen has been black since... sombody pleaseeeeee help!! i've tried every button combo ever invented and the charging light comes on and even went from red to green (showing its fully charged) PLEASE HELP!
