Sorry if this is already existing but does SuperSU work on the Elite? I lose root installing it and can't figure out what the best process is.

Superuser has to be installed first and then install SuperSu, once it is opened, it will ask to install(replace) the current SU that is installed.

Hope this helps

Awesome thanks I'll be sure to follow that. While I've got this thread, anyone else having root break when updating to the latest SU binary?

I had that happen one time with superuser while updating binaries. Had to repush su to the phone. Haven't had any issues with SuperSu.

And yes just install SuperSu... Let it update binaries when prompted... It will prompt for permission from superuser. Once it updates it will take over and you can uninstall Superuser.

To revert back reinstall superuser and go into it's settings and update it's binaries. You have to do this because they each have their own Binaried

what benefits are there vs just keeping regular superuser? ive noticed this on play store but not really sure if I'd gain anything by getting it.

Awesome thanks so much everyone I successfully switched! My problem was I installed it, removed superiser, then ran the app.

As for benefits, none noticed so far. It claims to run better in that it fixes issues I guess superuser had. I mostly like that it's updated and seems maintained more than superuser.
