Superuser.apk doesnt work after upgrade

Hi,
I`m quite new to Android.
I have Galaxy note for 10 days and i have rooted it with DooMLoRd script.
Today i got message from Kies that there is update available and i updated my Note to LA6 kernel ( if i have figured it out this is what matters) .
Everything is fine but apps that needed root access now dont work. I still have superuser.apk app installed but it seems that it doesnt work. Is it possible to root Note again with some other tool ?

OTA updates remove root. Keep an eye on your all things root subforum, someone will post updated instructions to help you regain root.
