Root SuperUser binary upgrade

Hi Droid's

Help me please... I have SuperUser v2.3.1... When I try to access memory by terminal emulator gives me the message of outdated su binary...

I try to update and when checking su system give me the message "failed"...

Why cannot I upgrade the su binary?

SuperUser>settings/Preference>Automatic response>Select "prompt">goback>start update again when the msg coming press "allow".
