Root superuser problem

my phone has superuser, but i cannot use root app, root app say need root acess, and cannot find su file in bin and xbin in system file, so how can i do, help me

Try updating su binaries

OR

Get the su binaries from
Superuser
and flash them via custom recovery.

NOTE : Before flashing su binaries update your superuser app to latest version
