Help [Support] LCD type

Hey guys, I just had my LCD screen replaced through geek squad. I would like to know which one I have now epson, novatec etc. also which multi touch I have now as I can tell its been replaced.

I know there was a thread on this, maybe over at xda. I'm having trouble finding it though. anyone know the link or have instructions?
