Root Support Velocity 1.0 won't update to 1.1

Wife and I both have Allys running V1.1, and I have a DX2 on p3droid's rooted gingerbread. I made a theme in UOT for my DX2, saw how easy it was, and decided to make one for wife's ally. Made more changes than just the first two tabs ( won't do that again for ally), used their v1.1 files for upload, and bootlooped. I hadn't done a nandroid first, so had to go to an old one that was v1.0. Now her phone won't update to 1.1. I've downloaded the update from two different sources, and all I get is an aborted install saying it can't copy META-INF. Any suggestions?
 
I would suggest that you do a full wipe of your rom, apps data and cache. After the reset, reconnect to wifi. Then go to the scripts and attempt an ota update. The ota update should also update your recovery... best of luck
