Suspend and Resume Apps

I am playing an Android game that doesn't let you save. So each time you exit the app, you have to start from level 1.

Is there anyway to 'save' the app (e.g. save its current ram) and then reload it later on?

I am thinking there might be an app that will let me do this.

You shouldn't need an app for that. Instead of exiting the game, just press Home. When you return to the game, it should be right where you left.

Note that such an action (pressing home) will only work if your phone had enough RAM to both cache the game and run the other services.

Perhaps pressing the menu button provides choices like that?

If you press home, the game often gets closed to save Ram. It doesn't have any save options.

Surely there must be an app which will make a dump of the current state that I can restore at any time?

Id send the dev an email. Im not much of a gamer but when i do, they save my progress whether i keep the app in ram or not :thumbup:
