SvoxClassic app???

I've noticed I have an app called SVox Classic in my "all apps" screen and when i open it it does nothing. Anyone else with an EVO see this?

I want to delete it and remove the app but i'm afraid it's some sort of system app that will brick my phone if i remove it.

some PLEASE post the apk file for this app (Svox classic TTS engine) i cant find it on the damn market and its nowhere online!
