Help Swaping SD cards

So i just removed my 2gb SD card and threw in my 16gb. All my apps were in place still but my music is gone. And i am still getting a low memory error do i need to reset the 16gb card?

Low memory error is not SD card free space, but the internal memory, sometimes called, "RAM," of the device, which is a set, fixed size.

You may need to uninstall some apps and re-install them on your SD card to free up some space in memory.

Uninstall / reinstall? Won't "move to sd" do the job?

from home screen: Menu / Settings / Applications / Manage Applications, pick each one, for those which have Move to SD available, do that.
