Help Swapped from iphone to note 3

And I'm getting some messages from other iphone users but not from all, ive stopped imessage on my old phone.

What else should i do to get these messages?

I switched from iPhone to a note 3 as well about 3 or 4 months ago. I had to call apple and tell them to turn it off. They will need your apple id. It took them about 12 hours to turn it off, but after I did that there were no problems. Hope this helps!

This is known apple issue and they are working on a fix in the next update.
