Root Swapping out SD cards, rooted using apps2sd. Question

so I got a 16gb card today.
So far I have copied all my files from the 8gb card to my PC. What should I do next? I thought I read that there was a "special" procedure you had to use when swapping sd cards if you use "apps2sd" which I do use. Partition? format? etc? something in recovery? I know nothing about SD cards so if you could tell me in lameons terms that would be fantastic :)
Thanks!

I'm using Amon Ra Recovery 2.1.1

doing a tb apps and settings, copy that file to new sdcard then put in new sdcard and restore tb and see what happens

i use tb pro and it restores all apps on phone and sdcard

wow it was much easier than I thought, I just pasted everything onto the new sd card from the old one, and all is well, didnt even have to do a TB restore. I read all this crap about partition etc.. but I think that may have only applied to pre-froyo roms thanks

Did you copy all of your rom/root files as well or just apps?
