Root swapping roms+apps+data

ok im currently on zve debloated and deox. and its set up to how i want it,now lets say i want to swap to brainz blackout and i have it set up the way i want,i know this prob a simple solution,but is there a app to swap back and forth or just flash the recovery back up of the rom i want for the day,if it at all makes any sense.i just want to be able to swap back and forth roms the way i have each set up diff.thanks ound:

I've always liked titanium backup for doing that.. can even pull individual programs outta the clockwork mod backup.. otherwise, SOMETIMES, you can restore data only from the backup you made before flashing the new ROM.. sometimes depends on jumping between builds/etc..
