You can easily reenable it. Just extract the file attached, and put it in system/etc/init.d/, then reboot! It should work then!

I do that and nothing happens, the permissions is set to -rw whats wrong?

After I place the file in the correct folder I reboot into recovery and wipe cache+dalvik.

It works for me once the phone is rebooted.
