SwiftKey X

Sup,

If anyone out there is like me and finds the HTC virtual keypad a nightmare to use after coming from iOS, purchase SwiftKey X from the android market. The text prediction is class leading, the touch input is much more responsive and accurate, its just better.

If you need anymore persuasion to buy this app, read all of the reviews for it. Hope this helps, Josh.

I didn't like the look of swype, what makes you say that?

I don't know what his motivation was for endorsing Swype, but I can tell you that after using a myriad of input methods I always keep going back to Swype simply because it was the best one I had used at the time and stuck with it for the longest. The only reason I haven't sold it out for SwiftKey X is because I didn't want to have to learn another keyboard. Swiftkey X is a very, very good keyboard, and I have it installed just in case I decide to try something else. I definitely agree with you that the HTC variant of Swype leave much to be desired, and I never liked the iPod input.

I said Swype as it's just SO easy to use. I have no real issues with the HTC keyboard tbh and although I didn't get on with Swype at first it's now the only keyboard I use and recommend it to anyone. Once you get used to it, and it gets used to you, its quick as anything
