Swimming droid

In the past 2 months ive manager to go through 2 droids. The first one i ggot into the pool with, removed the battery and sim card immediately and put it in a bowl of rice, didnt work. So i ordered another one and after a late night i woke up on my living room floor with the touch screen end sitting in a small puddle of water. removed the battery and sim card and put in rice. both water damage strips are still in tact( they did not get wet) i tried to turn on my phone 3 days later and it turns on from what i can tell but the screen is just gray and foggy, but i dont think it goes through startup. Help? please?

Sounds like your phone is toast, not sure there is anything that can be done to fix it. Buy a cheaper phone or start being more careful/responsible.
