Help Swipe to go back

I know that having physical keys is good, but I do really miss being able to handle most navigation with screen-swiping on my old iPhone. Does anyone know if there is a way to build in a universal function so swiping back performed the back button function (unless the particular app you were running had a native back swipe assignment)?

If you mean go back to the previous page while browsing just hit the back button.. third physical button from the left

You could use Dolphin browser HD and use gesture to go back, forward and other functions.
