Help Switching Google accounts after installing ICS

I had the misfortune of having to wipe my GS2 and install ICS.

After I added my google account - I decided that I wanted a separate account to synch my apps and contacts ONLY.

After I added the 2nd account - some of the apps won't let me swich the installation to the new account/

How can I accomplish this?

If I understand you correctly, the first Google account you enter into your phone becomes the main account that most apps will be registered to, especially paid apps. If you wish to sync and install apps using a different account, I think you may have to perform a factory reset and use the other Google account as the registration account. I don't believe you can simply switch them over.

Even if I add a 2nd account and them remove the first?

You won't be able to remove the first. Not without resetting.
