Switching Scene widget or automatically?

I've been looking around but I can't see a way of switching the scene easily. Is this something I'll need to do through Any Cut (app to make shortcuts) which I had on my old Hero or is there an easy way of doing it?

Also - do any of the profile apps allow you to link into the scene switcher? I did have Locale but removed it when it went

It doesn't take long to switch them normally.

I dont think there is a shortcut.
