Help switching screens

[colind]

Lately, I have had a problem where if I have the qwerty keyboard open, there are certain keys that will take me to another screen and away from the message I was typing, etc. This happens occasionally, but it's really annoying. If I'm in the middle of a text, when I push "s" it will take me to a completely different screen. There are one or two other keys that will do this, too. Thoughts?

It's a software or hardware glitch. I'm not sure which yet. Basically it thinks you hit the search key for some reason which activates shortcut keys. Just press the magnifying glass on the right side of the keyboard when it does it.

Its a glitch in Android itself. I've had this happen on ALL my keyboard phones, including this one and the Droid 2. If it happens, a simple reboot always clears it.
