can't get my class 6 working. put all files from my class 2 onto my desktop then all those files onto my class 6. not showing that my apps are one my phone now. using apps2sd if that matters. maybe thats the problem? didn't partition my class 6

Just copy all the files on your current SD to your computer then transfer those files over to your new SD card.

yep. thanks. i'm thinking it may have something to do with the partitioning done on apps2sd? idk much about it. so idk.

your old card had 2 partitions. one for the sd card and one android was using for apps2sd. so just copying wont work. i haven't rooted or used apps2sd but have researched it. so might want to do what JackT said and head over to the root forum

I just now replace the stock 8GB for a Transcend 16GB Class 6 MicroSD card:

1. Connected EVO to USB, selected Disk mode
2. Copied contents of drive to temporary folder on PC
3. Powered-off EVO, swapped MicroSD cards
4. Powered-on
5. Immediately went to Menu, Settings, SD & phone storage, Unmounted then Formatted
6. Reconnected USB and copied files back to card
7. Powered-down and Rebooted EVO

I checked a number of applications I previously moved to the SD card and they run fine. I can now record 720p video without delays!!
