switching to power saving mode even on full battery

well the power saver mode isnt switched on during this time. the notification just shows that its enabled, and it'll kick in when ur battery hits the level u set (10% etc).. its annoying to have that notification all the time, but if u want to use it, dotn worry, the mode isnt really on or active, just enabled to run when the battery hits the low..
the most annoying point for me is that the power saver mode doesnt turn back on the stuff it turns off.. i.e. if u set it to lower brightness to 10%, turn off wifi and auto sync, even when ur phone hits 20% battery, it does so... but once u charge ur phone back to 100%, these remain off.. u have to manually increase brightness, turn on wifi and auto sync etc. thats annoying, so i never use this mode

can i use always power saving mode for galaxy s2??
hmm, why would u want to do that?
if u want, u can just turn off wifi/3g, auto sync, reduce brightness.. watever u want the power saver mode to do.. and that'd be like having power saver mode all the time
